Advantages Of PVC Free Foamed Plate
- Aug 01, 2018 -

For many years, people have thought that PVC is a man-made note of discord in nature, and that it destroys the environment and is not conducive to ecological development. In 1996, a fire that hit the Dusseldorf Airport and killed seventeen people, some misguided public opinion made people think of PVC as the culprit of the fire, which undoubtedly increased the misunderstanding of the PVC.

The surface and shape of goods will give people the first impression. Advertising psychologists believe that this first impression plays a decisive role in product sales. In this sense, the market prospect of PVC film is very promising. In fact, with the development of the times, PVC is gaining popularity with its good performance, simple technology and many other advantages. It has been accepted and recognized by more and more people. In the European and American countries, PVC is the favorite of the construction industry, and PVC is seen everywhere in the daily life of people. PVC can not only express the colors of nature, but also show the colors of people's fantasy. In Germany, 40% of the furniture is made of PVC to make surface materials. Seeing those office tables, bookshelves, couches, and kitchen cabinets, which are natural, gorgeous, colorful, beautiful, elegant and elegant, will not associate them with the "white garbage" in the streets. It is the PVC plastic film that gives them such a beautiful coat.

So what is PVC in the end? PVC full name Polyvinylchlorid, the main ingredient for PVC, in addition to other ingredients to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility and so on. The top layer of the surface film is lacquer, the main component in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the bottom layer is the back coating adhesive. It is a kind of synthetic material which is very popular, widely used and widely used in the world today. Its global usage ranks second in various synthetic materials. According to statistics, the production of PVC in Europe in 1995 alone was about one million tons, while its consumption was 6.3 million tons. In Germany, the average production and consumption of PVC is one million and four hundred thousand tons. PVC is being produced and applied worldwide at a rate of 4%. In recent years, the growth of PVC in Southeast Asia is particularly significant, which is attributed to the urgent need for infrastructure construction in Southeast Asian countries. PVC is the most suitable material for producing three dimensional surface film.

PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used in the surface of the floor, ceiling and leather, but because soft PVC contains softener (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and not easy to preserve, so the scope of its use is limited. Rigid PVC does not contain softeners, so it is flexible, easy to form, not easy to brittle, non-toxic, non-polluting, long storage time, so it has great development and application value. The following are referred to as PVC. The essence of PVC is a vacuum plastic film, which is used for the surface packing of various panels. So it is also called decorative film and adhesive film. It is used in many industries, such as building materials, packaging, medicine and so on. The largest proportion of the building materials industry is 60%, followed by the packaging industry, as well as a number of other small sectors.

There are two important reasons why PVC can be widely used in building materials industry.

One is the unique performance of PVC (rain proof, refractory, antistatic, easy to shape), and the two is PVC low input and high output characteristics. Why can PVC have these two advantages? Let's find the answer from its production process.

The production process of PVC is not complicated. Ordinary production lines are usually composed of roller press, printing machine, back coating machine and cutting machine. It mainly produces thin film with a thickness of only 0.3 mm to 0.7mm by rolling press, roller rotation and high temperature rolling, which is produced and printed on the front of the film by the printer. A backing coat is attached to the back of the membrane by a backcoat machine. Don't underestimate this coating. It is an important guarantee for the quality of PVC film. The back coating is made up of special materials and is a high-energy affinity agent. It is because of this coating that the PVC film can be tightly combined with the medium or other plates, and is not open for ten or fifteen years. The biggest problem with ordinary adhesive film is that it can not solve the problem of membrane shedding. As the whole process of production is carried out at high temperature (the temperature in the roller is 220 degrees), the PVC film has high resistance to light and fire resistance, which ensures the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, this is very demanding for production machines, usually a production line of equipment costs about 39 million marks, equivalent to about 160 million yuan. On the other hand, the production process of PVC film is quite simple, and the output of the machine is very large. So, in a comprehensive way, PVC is actually a low input and high output product.

What's the difference between the PVC film and the ordinary sticker film? Ordinary adhesive film is directly attached to the surface of the board with glue at room temperature, so after a year or two, the adhesive film is easy to fall off. The PVC membrane is specially designed for vacuum laminator, which is attached to the surface of the sheet at 110 degree high temperature. Therefore, it is not easy to fall off.

Although the PVC film has excellent quality assurance, it may be said that, after all, PVC is a chemical product, it is not more than natural materials, can not eliminate toxicity and odor, and can not cause harm to the environment. This is not the case, because the German production of PVC film is made of a special refining, the toxic substance is completely extracted, so PVC is completely nontoxic, tasteless, not for human skin or respiratory system.
