It is because of this coating that the PVC film can be tightly combined with the medium or other plates, and is not open for ten or fifteen years. The biggest problem with ordinary adhesive film is that it can not solve the problem of membrane shedding. As the whole process of production is carried out at high temperature (the temperature in the roller is 220 degrees), the PVC film has high resistance to light and fire resistance, which ensures the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, this is very demanding for production machines, usually a production line of equipment costs about 39 million marks, equivalent to about 160 million yuan. On the other hand, the production process of PVC film is quite simple, and the output of the machine is very large. So, in a comprehensive way, PVC is actually a low input and high output product.

What's the difference between the PVC film and the ordinary sticker film? Ordinary adhesive film is directly attached to the surface of the board with glue at room temperature, so after a year or two, the adhesive film is easy to fall off. The PVC membrane is specially designed for vacuum laminator, which is attached to the surface of the sheet at 110 degree high temperature. Therefore, it is not easy to fall off.

Although the PVC film has excellent quality assurance, it may be said that, after all, PVC is a chemical product, it is not more than natural materials, can not eliminate toxicity and odor, and can not cause harm to the environment. This is not the case, because the German production of PVC film is made of a special refining, the toxic substance is completely extracted, so PVC is completely nontoxic, tasteless, not for human skin or respiratory system.
